Applying to Eight Oaks Co-op: The Application Process
Application forms can be filled out and mailed to our co-op office. Applications are kept on file for one year. If a unit becomes available, we contact applicants to set up an interview and orientation. It is important to keep your applications up to date by either resubmitting changes or by calling our office manager during office hours.
The office is open on Wednesday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. If you are unable to download the application form, you can pick one up outside the office door. If you’d like an application mailed to you, please submit your request with a self-addressed stamped envelope:

Please Note:
- There is a 6% increase in housing charges every year
- All prospective members must provide the Co-op with a letter of good standing from their bank
- All members must carry liability insurance and provide a copy to the Co-op on a yearly basis.
- All prospective members must submit income assessment forms on move-in.
- No subsidy is available at this time.
- Pets are also allowed (with some restrictions).
